The new PR-510-SME is a hybrid small/medium size designed for people 5’1” to 5’6”. The original Cloud has a new model number: PR-510-MLA, a hybrid medium/large size designed for people 5’7” to 6’4”.

Optional White Glove Delivery Service includes:

1. Your lift chair will be shipped from the manufacturer to a local agent in your area.
2. The agent will inspect the product to ensure it has arrived in perfect condition and functions properly.
3. The agent will contact you to schedule a deliver time for your item.
4. At the designated delivery time, the agent will:

• bring your new lift chair into your home
• unpack it completely
• set it up where you request
• test it to ensure that everything is functioning properly
• remove any packaging materials
