1. Your power scooter will be shipped from the manufacturer to a local agent in your area.
2. The agent will inspect the product to ensure it has arrived in perfect condition and functions properly.
3. The agent will contact you to schedule a deliver time for your item.
4. At the designated delivery time, the agent will:

• bring your new power scooter to your home
• unpack it completely
• set it up where you request
• test it to ensure that everything is functioning properly
• remove any packaging materials

Triton Medical Retail Return Policy

This item may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund if the following conditions are met:

• The item must be returned at the customer’s expense in the original packaging.
• The item must be in new condition–no cracks, scratches or markings.
• A Return Authorization must be requested from Triton Medical Retail within 30 days of delivery.
• Once the Return Authorization has been received from Triton Medical Retail, the product must be returned within 14 days to receive a refund.
• A 15% Restocking Fee is required to return this item.
